Marketing and Staff Manager (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and counselling of new and existing clients
  • Proposal creation, price calculation and negotiation
  • Exact selection of freelancers for the placement within the commission
  • Customer service and freelancer requirement analysis
  • Data collection in our IT system
  • Order registration in our IT system

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training or diploma
  • Existent experience in the fields of personnel service providers or sales departments

Call Centre Agent (technical Inbound & Outbound) (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

  • Research and acquisition
  • Acquisition and contact over the phone – Outbound
  • Primary contact for our NEW clients
  • Counselling in regard to any questions about our services
  • Data collection in our IT system
  • Order registration in our IT system

Your Qualifications:

  • A high level of technical knowledge as well as a keen interest in the aforementioned responsibilities
  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training
  • Existing call centre experience is a plus
  • Flexibility in regard to taking over different areas of activity (customer service, research, inbound & outbound calls)
  • Very good spoken and written communicative skills (German / English)
  • An inclination towards telephone contact with clients
  • A strong service and customer focus
  • A well-versed handling of common Office and CRM applications

As a member of our team, you will mainly be in charge of managing order enquiries by NEW and existing clients. The order enquiry will be received and processed during the telephone contact with the client. In order to be able to furthermore provide and consistently maintain an optimal quality of service, we need new members for our team

Financial Accountant

Your responsibilities:

  • Handling of the accounting work, especially the booking of all transactions in the areas of debtors / creditors and real accounts
  • Handling of ongoing payment transactions
  • Processing of open items and supervising of dunning processes
  • Account reconciliation including billing costs

Your qualifications:

  • Successfully completed training as an accountant, tax assistant or assistant tax consultant
  • Professional experience in the field of accounting of at least one year
  • A very good grasp on numbers and a quick comprehension of complex issues and interrelations
  • Proficiency in the legal frameworks of accounting
  • A high level of self-management and timeliness
  • Proficiency in the fields of financial and fixed asset accounting
  • Very high proficiency in the handling of common IT applications such as MS Office applications and DATEV or Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Precision and flexibility as well as customer orientation
  • Proficiency in SelectLine is a plus
